Our beef comes from Highland Cattle, a traditional Scottish breed that has hardly changed over the centuries. Highlanders are excellent foragers and browsers. To maintain leanness, steers are grown and finished on pasture for two years. When ready, they are picked out of the herd and go for processing.
Finally, health conscious consumers can have beef and eat heart healthy too! Lean and low in cholesterol, our beef carries just the right amount of marbeling through the meat to give the succulence and flavor so typical of old fashioned and traditional beef.
We sell our products wholesale to natural food stores, restuarants, and other purveyors of high quality meats.
